3 months agoBig Pharmacy Turned into Kedai Runcit! I was shocked and confused as i entered the “pharmacy” looking for some lotion to soothe my son’s sunburnt shoulders, instead, we were greeted by shelves full of snacks and toys! We were so confused and was wondering if the pharmacy has turned into a supermarket or 7Eleven. I had to walk to the back counter to ask the staff if they have anything for sunburn. Weird and totally confused.4 months agoMalay staff there showed no patience or respect towards my mum who isnt fluent in Malay. My mum asked for Chinese staff but malay staff checked n told my mum shes in meeting and not to now kaciao her. Who taught them to talk like this towards an elderly there to purchase medicine and is not fluent in Malay? The malay staff gave wrong medicine to my mum and my mum told her, after taking the correct medicine, the staff just threw the medicine onto the table to my mum. Theres no parking at the place, if there is i would have went down and confront that lady face to face. My mum is considered quite a regular customer at big pharmacy, i myself like to go over there too, but often at bukit indah outlet. Perling’s staff is just too dissapointing, disrespecting my mum like that.3 months agoHave been a regular customer for years. They have many product ranges and are selling at a reasonable price. Great place to visit
As a regular customer, the services that they provided is very satisfying. I can literally find almost everything here.
Close to home, very easy access
Asked to use bathroom, mattet of urgency. Denied! Hope the staff get the same treatment when they want they need to use the loo. Ps i bought 200 rm worth of meds. Use some other pharmacy where they trwat the customers better. Caring is nearby as is other pharmacist I work in a medical center and we take care of our patientslike human beings.
