Bad service..Waiting time almost 1hours and half..priority only for members club.Mean club members who late than us can get fast line..Please improve your services in way to satisfied both parties.
Bad service, waiting for almost 1hour+ for nothing, people come after us got to play first, if they already reserved the lanes for their club activities, let us know that the waiting time will be longer, not left us dumbfounded waiting for our turn. Truely disapointed with the service here, staffs are not friendly and not easy to access.
Bad service, poor management, poor communication skills with customer.. i book for 7 of my friends and wait half an hour, they manage to give my turn to others , just because my other 4 friends had their parking. Then, they ask me to write my name again in waiting list.. bad bad bad very very very bad services.
Good place to have some fun. Poor service anyway. Put my names on the waiting list and waited for more than half a hour. When the queue only about 5 person. But they erased my names for no reason, when they should’ve used microphones or some speaker to announce the calling. Lol. Additionally, shouldve prepared some chairs for those on the waiting list. Where else should they sit? Toilet?
