a year agoResult : photo no 1. Requested : photo no 2&3Waited 70mins eventho with appointment (obviously cuz no walk in) and i got the worst haircut (like 1st photo) ever in my life. Ever. Even i showed the photo of my previous haircut/hairlength she still did it so bad. She said cant follow my request cuz she already halfway cut(but actually just started).
For hair wash rm45 , i prefer blowdry style BUT they’ll blow and straighten your hair with flat iron with the highest level of heat. Berasap2. Tak style lgsg. Bg rambut you nmpk lurus n they think you’ll be happy. Sorry rambut i mmg ori lulus. Not impressed at all.
So call Fast Treatment (FT) , rm99. Sama macam you buat hair mask kat rumah ok. Not using any salon machine or professionally handle your treatment. Wasting my money since i have good hair. Really. Baik pakai hair mask kat rumah .
For haircut, completely look like broomstick cut (since i have very straight hair type). I asked her to do some technique to make my hair look round not L shape. But she warn me she will charge double, extra 49myr for new haircut (trim). With the most awkward length cut (i asked to cut shorter) but i just don’t know WHY.
Ambient. Aircond tak sejuk. Peluh blkg. Towel terlalu wet letak kat blkg leher. Rasa tak selesa.
I regret that I decided to support MALaY business. The Worst ever. If you are wearing hijab. Ok kot cuz they’ll have the mindset “Oh nanti pakai tudung. Xnmpk” But for me. No. Akhir kata dari aku, tak halal lebih kurang tu.

12 months ago– The price is not as promoted, an extra price was charged but price breakdown is not shared with customer. – I can smell my hair burned at the time the hair straightener was used. – Service was rough, up until one of my earrings “flew” during the hair blowing.2 years agoWorse experience. This is the first time i went to this saloon and i am not satisfied with the service. The hairstylist didn’t give a proper consultation and not being professional especially during haircut. I’d showed the picture to them but it didn’t turn out the way i wanted to. Not being honest about the services and the charges.They cut my hair only the bang and charges me higher. I have experience a lot with other saloon and this is the worse when the hairstylist didn’t give a proper instruction and did not have a proper cutting skills. Not recommended for any other haircut styles other than straight cut one.
a year agoThe worst hair salon ever and not even deserve a star. This is my first experience with them and I really regret it.1. The stylist so unprofessional. NO MANNERS and RUDE. She address myself as “Adik”.
2. She don’t know the correct / good technical skills to cut women hair. Pertama kali dalam hidup saya orang potong rambut saya berdiri di hadapan saya tenung muka utk ukur rambut balance tak ?? and even cut the hair by standing infront of me.
3. I don’t ask for straightening but she used the flat iron instead of the blow drying after hair cut. She using too high setting on the flat iron, my face can feel the heat and I can see the smoke. The worst part was she didn’t use heat protectant spray first and no smoothing serum afterward.
4. The payment mode menyusahkan pelanggan! I want to pay by cash but they ask to transfer to their account. I ask for QR Code they don’t have it and ask to transfer the money to their account and forward the receipt through whatsapp.
3 years agoToday I booked for hair cut as I have seen on their advertisement haircut price is RM18, then the lady there explained that RM18 for kids, for me cost is RM35 because I am adult, although my hair is not even longer than my ear. I showed them the model hair style I desire, she said OK but the results is very terrible and plain. Trust me, they are NOT PROFESSIONAL nor having skills. She also promoted hair treatment cost RM99 for adults ( mentioned on advertisement RM45 only which is again for KIDS only). For my very short hair how come the price for hair treatment is more than double of kids treatment ( if any kids got hair treatment). I guess they cheated me because the hair treatment they did is only 10 minutes cream applied in your hair, nothing more! There is no head massage for RM99 hair treatment.I hope not many ladies in Cyberjaya fall into the trap likes I do. This is my honest review. Luckily that Google review is here so I can share my bad experiences with you. You’d better go to another salon which has more professional and well-trained staff.

Provide cutting, wash, treatments, various hair henna package. All prices are listed and clear depends on the service and hair length.
They have high knowledge about hair and handle curly hair very well ?

The place also covered, suitable for muslimah.
Total visits, 3x.
First and second visit is for my hair spa/ treatment and kids cut & wash.
Third visit , i had my haircut& treatment, and kids haircut.
My verdict after 3 visits:
1. Kids friendly & affordable price for kids wash & cut. Other saloon charge same price but for kids dry cut only. They are kind enough to “layan” my kids while i am doing hair treatment. So far their work for kids haircut is okay.
2. Average service for hair spa and hair treatment compare to my previous hair saloon. I did hair spa and scalp treatment 3times at the saloon and i am okay with the service. I don’t complain much because what you pay is what you get. Price is affordable compare to other hair saloon.
3. Did my first haircut on my third visit and i feel the work is not that satisfactory. Cut was uneven and not neat. I did not realize it untill i arrive home when i checkout my new hair. I got to fix my hair myself. Not sure if because it is the last day before their saloon close for long raya holiday, so everyone is having raya mood, or everyone is tired after long day. My appointment was in the afternoon btw.
Since i started wearing hijab and my old hairstylist was a guy, so ofcourse i couldnt get him to style my hair anymore. So, as for now, i might go here for hair treatments/spa, kids wash and cut, and try a haircut (again!)
My wife had a haircut and keratin treatment there. The service was very bad and she regret every second going there. She had gone to several other salons before for keratin treatment. By far, this is the worst. The staff was very rough in handling the customer’s hair. The whole process was painful because the steam from the chemical makes eye teary. The haircut also not very good. Service was not as expected and she would not recommended this salon to anyone else.
Love everything about this saloon! Convenient and comfy!
Just if you come in a group, you’ll not be able to do your hair simultaneously as there’s only 1 hairdresser. But overall it’s a very great experience and hospitality
I went for Gumash hair colouring. One box of the Gumash retails at RM49.90 and I used two boxes as the hairstylist suggested. However total for everything was RM240, which I honestly think was such a rip off because the hairstylist was very rough with my hair throughout the service; I was really uncomfortable to say the least. My forehead has brown spots from the dye and the hairstylist just told me “it’ll die down in 3-4 days. The comb they use was coarse and I was in actual pain during blow-dry. I’ve coloured my hair at other salons before but this was really bad.
If the saloon was a boutique salon with a nicer ambience, I’d still accept it, but RM240 was just too much.
If a customer comes in for hair colouring, it would be fair if you charge the service for colouring, shampoo, conditioner and blow-dry for one.
Hairstylist was a nice lady, but everything else was rather disappointing. Would not visit this place again.
