Super rude owner. Received dented cans and some have already gone bad. Complained and the owner was being extremely rude. Claimed the dented cans were caused by grab delivery, we then asked for proof and he told us the send him money Rm50 if we want cctv proof lmao

The vet is very homey and vet give comsultation with care and affection to my furkid. Strong recommendation to everyone.

I did see very bad reviews from customers and also rude replies from the owner before boom appointment at this clinic but as the place near to my home I went in anyway. But oh god I regret that I went in. First of all I guess a man sitting in the sofa might be the shop owner looked very arrogant and not friendly at all. And the way he talked with me like I’m some kind of person who don’t know anythg. Try to learn how to treat your customer. And I went in and see the doctors which was t really pet friendly at all. He was sitting the whole time I was there. And there was a foreigner who don’t know how to hold a cat, he handled my kitten very carelessly seriously people who working in pet shop or veterinary should be pet friendly. And my cat was very scared and I tried to pet her and the doctor doesn’t like that and ask me to take care of my other cat. And he diagnosed my cats with FIP and I had no clue what was that at the moment but the doctor just gave me 2 sentence explanation and asked me to Google or YouTube about it!!!!!!!! I was very very very disappointed with the whole experience and I really wanted to say smthg but I was too upset with the diagnosis and all and I went back. You people don’t really have to reply with your stupid answer try to do proper business and shut it down!

Doctor checked the puppy professional & said she might had tetanus cause her muscle on forehead & ears was pulled backwards. Doctor said his clinic don’t have the drip facility. Recommended us to go to Gasing Vet hospital. Doctor is so kind, he didn’t charge us for the consultation fee .
Later we bought her to Gasing Vet & she need to be admitted & on drip for 5 days.Hopefully she will get well soon.

It’s good to have veterinary nearby the neighborhood. Not only it çan serve the Healthcare of our household pets it also do the service of preparing the burial or cremation for your pets… thumb up!

How can a clinic provide good vet services (based on reviews) when they can’t even hire someone to answer the phone?? If my dog has a bad reaction to their meds, how to contact them for advice ?? Don’t even hv a proper queuing system ..so difficult to have numbers handed out?? Yes prices could be reasonable but this is not a 5 star veterinary clinic!
Was recommended here from my neighbourhood clinic in Bangsar which was charging an exorbitant sum for a small operation. So they suggested here and the Government Hospital in Cheras. Which I also went before coming here. Just like the hospital, Sacred Hearts can’t do the operation and specialise mostly in neutering.
Giving this a 5 because the attending Dr.Sit was very friendly and comforting. After feeling my injured cats wounded arm and suggesting the shrapnel/tooth inside my cats arm may have been gone; so here’s hoping with meds and rest, he could heal and recover without the operation.
Just like another review, if no one’s answering the phone; just come. Early if you can. IF the problem with your pet is mostly minor and don’t require x-rays and an extensive surgery.
