The explanation given to me was very clear and gave some suggestions to decide which device that fit with my preference. She is pretty, helpful, polite and goes the extra mile to help customers. I would totally recommend this store. Good services at all ?4 months agocoming from kl to meet my friends and company her to bought an iphone few days ago , and this gurl gave us really bad attitude and keep giving us black face? whats wrong with her? what did we do lol .. not recommended .. better spend money at other place to keep us happy.. i am also a sales crew , if bad mood or anything keep it aside and entertain customer first laa, keep giving black face … ingat rumah sendiri ke?? profesional la weyhh4 months agoStaff not professional, some even lazy to explain, not sure not understand products or what. Come on, we come here to buy, not looking only and walk out. Got one time a salesgirl show us poor attitude, signalling me to move aside with her hands as she thinks I’m blocking the counter, I’m waiting for payment to be done where else should I stand if not at the counter?Another case is my bf wants to renew phone warranty, they took so much time typing this and that, sat2 ask for invoice no. sat2 ask for other stuff still not settle, chitchat a lot at the counter. At first say this amount lastly say another amount. Not even check the phone condition until we asked them. At last charge us warranty for original device value despite phone condition already with scratches ?
