I am from Kuching, Sarawak. I hurt my left knee and have difficulties walking. So I went to Big Pharmacy in Kota Bahru here. The staff and the pharmacist were extremely kind in helping me to choose the right crutches and put on the knee compression for me. The pharmacist asked me a few questions to determine the cause of my knee pain and advised me what to do to ease the pain. Another staff even brought a chair for me to sit down. Thank you so much.

Good service my suggestion is give customer benefit like 5 plus 1 when they come for glycemic index test.

I was back from JB masa raya haritu . I was looking for my wife ubat segugut , which I did not expect the service and explanation were very good from the staff usually the staff will give the medicine straight away without any detailed explanation. Tapi kali ni saya sangat puas la dengan layanan dan service pharmacy ni .I remember the staff with eyeglasses being very humble and softly communicating with customers. Overall, for me, 5 stars.
