I went to Challenger at AMK Hub at 9.15pm on 31/12/2023 but was unsatisfied with the attitude of indian lady at the cashier. She was rude and provide unpleasant service. I was about to pay and stood at another counter as I wasn’t been told to go to another counter and she gave me such rude direction saying “here, here!”. When it comes to payment she asked if I’m a member. I said yes and I was trying to open the value club and scan the qr code but it wasn’t work at that time. It takes a while to change the Camera setting and she started make sigh noise and keep knocking the casing on the desk trying to show that she’s waiting for me. I gave up with her attitude and I told another Chinese lady that I passed this item since she was rushing to close the counter. The Chinese lady was nice to help me out but i refused and i rather buy at other branches. Watch out with the indian lady by the name of the thana or dana something similar that works at the cashier if anyone of you happen to go to this branch. Will never visit this branch again.
