Just wanted to change my address… And it took almost 3 hours… only 1 person at e counter.. Speechless… It’s not efficient when u merge lodging reports & changing of address service together.. Good luck to e people behind me. Respect e officers at e counter too. Great patience.. & e Air refresher smell is too strong for my nose too….

Went to the police station 3 x as I wanted to change my address on my IC. However, I did not manage to get address updated every single trip as the waiting time is tooo long and I could not bear to wait more than 1 hour to change my address. Waited at least 30 min -1 hr every time before deciding to give up as the queue did not move at all. Very inefficient police station. Same thing happened again tonight and decided to try Punggol Police Station instead. Got my address updated in 10 min.

I waited from 835pm till 10pm, and the queue was only moved by 2 numbers. I left without waiting any further. There are 4 to 6 counters but only 2 officers on duty at the counter with a crowd waiting at the lobby.

Very appreciative of the quick response from the PNPC in the wee hours today. Though it was only a reported case of a long trailer parking near our flat with loud idling running engine (for hours) which was disturbing our sleep, the officers responded immediately by checking on the driver and solved the issue within a short while. My thanks to the team as our residents can rest properly again. Cheers!
When I reach there was a lady inside and on the foor there was a sign saying please wait for a office to attend to me, one male officer attached to the lady and there was other lady officer doing nothing. Didn’t even come out to attend to me, waited 30min I open the door and ask how long more do I need to wait than she came out.
I can understand if its very crowded..but it’s not…
I know gotta be careful taking statement…but I waited kinda long time and the impression the police give me is they are taking their own sweet time doing their things…show some urgency please
Kudos to Team C & E for attending to my case, SGT Aniq & Tat Heng spend hours to understand my case and go beyond to report my case as detailed as possible for the IO to look through. I’m thankful for them and hope my case will go through deep investigation and get back what i have lost. Thank you both Aniq & Tat heng for their assistance with their sincere heart felt for victims like me and report accordingly in detail.
