JakaThis is insane, especially when we are there for a reason, this station management is very poor and inefficient.
How do we count on them if we need urgent assistance? Unless you have a whole day to spare?

I think they should have a separate counter for change address. Coz all cases are entertained by 3 counters. So the problem is … if such 3 counters were busy for complaint reports (which I experienced today) the rest of the waiting numbers are hold up for an hours… Must have a systematic plan for this thing.
After they called my number after 2 hours the police guy told me that the letter from hdb is not valid for me to change the address, should be 3 months, but the que machine says 6 months, what is this???? I told him is their anyways that he could help me I mean hdb is a valid form of letter… then he said he cannot helped me… such a worst more than worst of the worst experienced… 2 hours of nothing.

Very appreciative of the quick response from the PNPC in the wee hours today. Though it was only a reported case of a long trailer parking near our flat with loud idling running engine (for hours) which was disturbing our sleep, the officers responded immediately by checking on the driver and solved the issue within a short while. My thanks to the team as our residents can rest properly again. Cheers!
When I reach there was a lady inside and on the foor there was a sign saying please wait for a office to attend to me, one male officer attached to the lady and there was other lady officer doing nothing. Didn’t even come out to attend to me, waited 30min I open the door and ask how long more do I need to wait than she came out.
I can understand if its very crowded..but it’s not…
I know gotta be careful taking statement…but I waited kinda long time and the impression the police give me is they are taking their own sweet time doing their things…show some urgency please
Kudos to Team C & E for attending to my case, SGT Aniq & Tat Heng spend hours to understand my case and go beyond to report my case as detailed as possible for the IO to look through. I’m thankful for them and hope my case will go through deep investigation and get back what i have lost.
