in the last weekThe staff were so kind while we were there. They gave advice on how to take care of my hair and share their opinion on which cuts are suitable. They even styled my hair a bit.It is better to make an appointment before coming. The place is clean and I saw they also have a surau inside. There’s a place to hang your hijab at the side of the table, which is already a plus for me since most places don’t have it.

7 months agoMy first time getting the scalp treatment due to hair fall and dandruff issues. The staff was very helpful in sharing the useful information and some tips, will definitely give it a try and see if it works. And this probably will not be the last visit for sure! Recommended for those having same issue and looking for a more private hair salon!10 months agoReally love the service here from booking to the end, did luxurious treatment since my hair is too dry and the senior hairstylist Noor was so helpful and informative. She guided me from the very first of service on how to care for your hair and scalp. Gentle service from every staff, reasonable price and def will come again. So calm & clean too.a year agoWent for a simple haircut today and they styled it quite nicely. Staffs were very polite, very gentle when shampooing & rinsing my hair, overall the services were great. The salon also had comfy atmosphere. Lovely experience, would visit again next time. 🙂

a week agorecommended sebab service diorang memang okay. so far this is my personal experience:– the staffs were really friendly – they did their work professionally – they explain to you about “what it will look like if we cut our hair like this” , “giving their opinions on how we can choose our haircut if we can’t decide well” , “asking us wheter or not we would like to try a different style” and so on – the prices were stated right before we enter the saloon and harga dia memang murah ye tak tipu hohoo – masa menunggu takdelah lah lama sangat around 5 minutes like that? unless customer datang waktu peak hour so maybe kena tunggu sekejap :3
that’s all from me for now, insyaAllah kalau ada rezeki I will datang balik and I hope this review boleh membantu sesiapa yang nak cari kedai gunting rambut Muslimah.
3 weeks agoYour staff did not explain what like you said ya. i give her look that picture many times sis. she just cut my hair.. she cut my hair and said “isn’t it okay?” “is it really short?”.. I’m just curious how do I tell her because she already cut my hair??. you can’t treat customers like this because customers come to your shop to get a new cut the way they want and if you can’t do what they want you should tell them “I can’t do your hair just like the picture you need to bla ii or anything”. u can’t blame the customer. your staff cut my hair messy. during payment she said ” sorry”… she know she already make mistake.is it not on your cctv? ..your staff are pretty liar5 months agoRecommended. Services provided are very good and detailed. The stylists handled me with care and professionally. Almost 4hours, 3stylists and done beautifully by then. Staf semua okay, cuma maybe sebab first time so, interaksi kurang sikit at first. But kudos to Nurul who was good at initiating conversation, sampai bg advice cari jodoh. Tak lah bosan sgt the last 45minutes. Thank you for your service and keep up the good work.6 months agoHi, if anyone is looking for a Muslim Salon. can come here, I have repeated 3 times since 2019. I really like the rebonding treatment. although I don’t always take care of it (do treatments) and it lasts a long time for my hair. highly recommended for you to come here4 months agothe place are quite comfy and their staff are nice and friendly. the price range are also affordable. overall, i’m very satisfied with the haircut.

Best and affordable treatment. Friendly and gentle staff ?
The treatment place is very best and very comfortable….the smell is also pleasing to the mind….but the customer service is very bad…there is no ethics in treating customers well..just serve them if you want…customers who come are not served kindly…ask for FOOT MASSAGE treatment pn…a lot of focus on the wrong place with the point…a lot of focus on the bone…the massage is very painful…there is no question whether the customer is ok or not…the soles of the feet are not massaged a lot… just a little touch… it doesn’t feel like a direct point… the therapist’s nails are so long that it hurts when the massage touches the skin….. when the customer is in the treatment room with the therapist… other therapists come in treatment room with the customer and playing on the phone and chatting with the therapist who is treating the customer… playing on the phone while treating the customer… when the customer is in the treatment room… the area outside the treatment room is very noisy.. .other therapists chat too loudly until the customer can know what they are talking about… and lastly… the customer opens the door himself when going back.. another therapist sits and chats with a group of people… ignore the customer who just wants to return.. The customer himself opened the door… I am really not satisfied with the services at this spa, thank you.
I am a regular customer of this place. But quite disappointed with the service staff there lately. I booked for massage and tangas. The staff who massages are like “letting go of a cough on the stairs” and it’s only moderate. The massage was confusing, I didn’t know where he was rushing to go. Had a massage with Kak Ila. Very best. But he no longer works there. Please AZ please improve it, if not you can all wrap like that.. I’m done going there, want to find another muslimah spa.
