My first time getting the scalp treatment due to hair fall and dandruff issues. The staff was very helpful in sharing the useful information and some tips, will definitely give it a try and see if it works. And this probably will not be the last visit for sure! Recommended for those having same issue and looking for a more private hair salon!

Really love the service here from booking to the end, did luxurious treatment since my hair is too dry and the senior hairstylist Noor was so helpful and informative. She guided me from the very first of service on how to care for your hair and scalp. Gentle service from every staff, reasonable price and def will come again. So calm & clean too.

Went for a simple haircut today and they styled it quite nicely. Staffs were very polite, very gentle when shampooing & rinsing my hair, overall the services were great. The salon also had comfy atmosphere. Lovely experience, would visit again next time. 🙂

Best and affordable treatment. Friendly and gentle staff ?
The treatment place is very best and very comfortable….the smell is also pleasing to the mind….but the customer service is very bad…there is no ethics in treating customers well..just serve them if you want…customers who come are not served kindly…ask for FOOT MASSAGE treatment pn…a lot of focus on the wrong place with the point…a lot of focus on the bone…the massage is very painful…there is no question whether the customer is ok or not…the soles of the feet are not massaged a lot… just a little touch… it doesn’t feel like a direct point… the therapist’s nails are so long that it hurts when the massage touches the skin….. when the customer is in the treatment room with the therapist… other therapists come in treatment room with the customer and playing on the phone and chatting with the therapist who is treating the customer… playing on the phone while treating the customer… when the customer is in the treatment room… the area outside the treatment room is very noisy.. .other therapists chat too loudly until the customer can know what they are talking about… and lastly… the customer opens the door himself when going back.. another therapist sits and chats with a group of people… ignore the customer who just wants to return.. The customer himself opened the door… I am really not satisfied with the services at this spa, thank you.
I am a regular customer of this place. But quite disappointed with the service staff there lately. I booked for massage and tangas. The staff who massages are like “letting go of a cough on the stairs” and it’s only moderate. The massage was confusing, I didn’t know where he was rushing to go. Had a massage with Kak Ila. Very best. But he no longer works there. Please AZ please improve it, if not you can all wrap like that.. I’m done going there, want to find another muslimah spa.
