– the staffs were really friendly – they did their work professionally – they explain to you about “what it will look like if we cut our hair like this” , “giving their opinions on how we can choose our haircut if we can’t decide well” , “asking us wheter or not we would like to try a different style” and so on – the prices were stated right before we enter the saloon and harga dia memang murah ye tak tipu hohoo – masa menunggu takdelah lah lama sangat around 5 minutes like that? unless customer datang waktu peak hour so maybe kena tunggu sekejap :3
that’s all from me for now, insyaAllah kalau ada rezeki I will datang balik and I hope this review boleh membantu sesiapa yang nak cari kedai gunting rambut Muslimah.

The treatment place is very best and very comfortable….the smell is also pleasing to the mind….but the customer service is very bad…there is no ethics in treating customers well..just serve them if you want…customers who come are not served kindly…ask for FOOT MASSAGE treatment pn…a lot of focus on the wrong place with the point…a lot of focus on the bone…the massage is very painful…there is no question whether the customer is ok or not…the soles of the feet are not massaged a lot… just a little touch… it doesn’t feel like a direct point… the therapist’s nails are so long that it hurts when the massage touches the skin….. when the customer is in the treatment room with the therapist… other therapists come in treatment room with the customer and playing on the phone and chatting with the therapist who is treating the customer… playing on the phone while treating the customer… when the customer is in the treatment room… the area outside the treatment room is very noisy.. .other therapists chat too loudly until the customer can know what they are talking about… and lastly… the customer opens the door himself when going back.. another therapist sits and chats with a group of people… ignore the customer who just wants to return.. The customer himself opened the door… I am really not satisfied with the services at this spa, thank you.
I am a regular customer of this place. But quite disappointed with the service staff there lately. I booked for massage and tangas. The staff who massages are like “letting go of a cough on the stairs” and it’s only moderate. The massage was confusing, I didn’t know where he was rushing to go. Had a massage with Kak Ila. Very best. But he no longer works there. Please AZ please improve it, if not you can all wrap like that.. I’m done going there, want to find another muslimah spa.
