I went to pick up my Shopee parcel here. Mind you, this is not my first time collecting my parcels here, but this time it was impossible. The staff was not only unhelpful, but was also unable to think of alternative ways to scan the barcode when the scanner didn’t work (he even used my phone, which is an old backup phone, to take a picture of the barcode, making it restarted itself and ran out of battery). So when my phone’s screen was off due to running out of battery and hence he could not use it to scan the barcode photo, the only thing he could think of was asking me to go back home and charge my phone, then come back to pick up my parcel. I was so shocked and enraged. It was simply a rude, unthoughtful, and unthinkable response.
Luckily, another staff was able to solve the problem swiftly by keying in the Shopee barcode codes to the computer.
Seriously, please make sure that your staffs are trained with basic customer service. I will not be returning to this shop in the meanwhile due to this experience.
Normal 7-11. The staff were indifferent the time I was there. They were not rude, just neither here nor there. The slurpee machine was not working.
There is location for Pasaraya Mun Seng, KFC, Ayamas, Barber shop, Malee Tomyam and other type of shop from computer and printing shop, electrical, hardware and etc. But the space for parking is very limited!

A ton of improvement from the last time i been there which is 2019, they upgrade all the machine and add new machine, service is decent as always. Hopefully the back is clean as the last time i been there is worst and dirty as hell and staff also unable to clean it due to toxic alchohol issue.
