3 months agoBrought my daughter’s kittens for vaccination. Everything was well and went smoothly. The cats did not seem to feel any pain from the injection.2 months agoDr Nurin is verry helpful, everything. Experience is super, start with the administrative skills, process and help. The team is super good. I was taking my Lilly due of fiv virus, after follows the procedure and medicine for 3-4months. My Lilly is now was super good. Dr Nurin also given a kind feedbacks solutions without put the money on priority.Once Lilly given a positive feedback during medication period. Dr just suggested to stop and advise for our cares solutions.
Now I’m taking all of my cats to the team, and I’m glad found this place at least my senior cat able to have a cares and grooming, fair to them. As much of clinic does not taking a cat were not vaccinated.
But my senior cat I had stop , as those is not necessary… my senior cat is 12 year olds and super healthy.

2 months agoTook care of the stray cat I found with compassion. Thank you vet and team. Reasonable price for 2 days ward + care. Recommended.2 years agoDr. Nurin is very friendly and helpful. My cat has diarrhea and vomiting, brought her to the clinic and had her warded. Dr Nurin explained to me what she will do to get my cat tested and next steps. They even allowed me to come visit my cat on the clinic off day during feeding time. And because my cat was too stressed while she stayed two nights there, I asked if I can take her back that day to self care her instead of the next day when the clinic reopens. I am able to do that and they don’t even ask me to settle the bill first. Tell me is fine I can settle next day when they issue invoice to me. I also was concerned at first to feed the meds to my cat myself as she will surely try to struggle and escape. The vet tells me if it is not a trouble for me, I can bring over daily and have them feed the meds to my cat as well. I didn’t have to though haha and my cat now seems herself again and recovered well although I still need to continue her antibiotics until it is done.Overall price is reasonable per I guess standard market rate, and while some of the comments here rated the front desk staff as unfriendly and not so responsive, I guess it depends on how u approach and communicate as well. I have no problem at all, and again, Dr. Nurin is very friendly and very accommodating, and that I salute.
I would definitely recommend to come back again. As they are quite new I guess, the waiting time is close to none when I went during weekdays and possible to walk in for emergencies and they can attend to you immediately if there are no other appointments during the same time.
2 years agoGreat place for your cat. Got a lot range of product. The Vet and staff are very friendly. Vet is deemed professional and caring towards my Tiny during her warded there. ?Now my Tiny is very healthy after neutering. Thank you Dr Nurin and staff for taking care of Tiny!

2 months agoI recently moved to Cyberjaya, this is the nearest vet from my house. I brought my cat because he catch a cold. Vet is very friendly and a have a good bedside manner. I like that the vet dont immediately prescribe antibiotic for my cats, treat with medicine and supplement first because my cat has felv. Recommended and I will come again for my cats vaccine. The resident cats are cute hehe2 weeks agoI’m a new pet owner to Muhammad Abu Ashley, a mischievous yet lovable grey Scottish Fold breed. This marks our third visit to Nuro Veterinary Clinic, and I am content with the guidance and consultations provided by both veterinarians, Dr. Nurin Syakirin Jantan and Dr. Nur Syahirah Zainuddin. While our visits have been limited to consultations, vaccinations, and deworming so far, Nuro Vet also offers neutering (for both males and females), boarding, ward services, soft tissue surgery, and house calls. I appreciate Nuro Vet’s attentive service, including timely reminders for upcoming appointments. The cost typically ranges from RM45 to RM150 per visit, depending on the specific needs of your feline companion at that time.in the last weekIt was my first time going to the vet with my cat. Luckily, the staff and doctor are informative and friendly. Prices are affordable compared to other vets in Cyberjaya. When i saw it, it hardly can move and it was a public holiday, Awal Muharam, so I googled for a vet clinic that is still open at that time. Nuro Vet’s name and address came up. I called the clinic & the receptionist is very courteous and i was there in less than 15 mins. The staff are all very courteous and friendly. The Doctor is very friendly and very professional. The cat were given an injection immediately and were promptly warded.The clinic is located at a very new area.
The clinic is very spacious and clean.
Highly recommended Vet.

(I went to another Vet nearby before- didn’t work, hence I came here.)
Took my cat here for the first time without appointment, at first the receptionist/vet helper were hesitant to take us as the slot was full. But they take a look anyway and help my cat with his problems (nails grew so long until poke into his paws), and told me that my cat also have an ulcer in his mouth. So they set me an appointment the following week for check up as the Doctor was not available at the time to look for his ulcer. And yes, it was the Vet Helper who assisted with my cat’s nails. (cut the nails and put antibiotics cream) very helpful, so I have to give credit to them.
Anyway, I came to see Dr. Diana the following week to treat my cat for his ulcer’s problems and she was very knowledgeable and calm treating my cat, and for that I am grateful. So she gave 3 medications (tablet pills) for a week and it worked! My cat no longer drooling all over his mouth and his appetite has increased. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! ❤️
The service is good. You may need to book slot in advance to secure your time. If not, walk in may take more time for waiting your turn.
I have to say all parents are over worried about their kids, I brought my son because he has red nose and sneezing issues and he haven’t recovered from heart problems last week… Dr on duty that day was Dr mithrra. She is super friendly and patient and 200% professional. She explained and taught us how to make him feel better not only that she also shows 200%love to pets. I trust my kids when with her. Thank you Dr mithrra.
Took my cat here for castration + boarding for 3 days. Lovely clinic with the friendliest staff. Thank you to Dr. Mithrra and team for taking such good care of my cat. He was being difficult but the team went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and able to eat. Definitely recommend this clinic and Dr. Mithrras services.
The vet is always fullhouse everytime I came in. Better to book a slot first I think. Overall the vets are knowledgeable, professional and friendly! My personal fav is Dr Diana.
It would be great if they can provide 2 staff and 2 PCs for registration & dispense cause the counter always full with people coming to collect their pets, people walk in to register & people waiting for dispense & payment.
Overall worth it! Will be coming here foreverrr! ❤️
