The waterway point branch is not participating in Frasers Rewards but yet no signs were put up telling customers about it. My wife felt “cheated” in a sense because of this.

a month agomy daughter wanted to purchase a cetaphil cleanser and one of the staff not really sure the name. but she was wearing a white coloured attire with a cardigan or jacket, started to promote her cleanser. And the first thing she said was “why u buy this? u still student right? u no need waste so much money.” in chinese and then proceeded to lead her to a product that was 28.80. my daugther followeed her and she could’nt reject it so she just held onto the item that the lady reccommended. the lady proceeded to want to reccommend more products but my daugther rejected and went to her friends. Small pharmacy. Used to have a resident pharmarcist, but now cannot get your supply for doctor’s prescription since there us no longer any pharmacist on duty. Really inconvenient.
