my daughter then said to her friends that she didnt want the reccommended product and hence it was placed on a random shelf while the lady was not looking.her friends then proceeded to the counter while my daughter waited at the side. the same lady then came to her seeing that she was not holding the reccommended product and said why you didnt take it? why why? why u didnt buy it? upon shock my daughter just said oh its with my friends they are at the counter, hoping this lady will stop disturbing her and non-stop asking her
my daugther then proceeded out of the store, super uncomfortable with this lady’s questioning. what was unexpected was this lady then went to her friends and was questioning: where is the product, why ur friend never buy, where is your friend, can you give my back my product? show me where u put, why put here ? why she didnt buy.
I find this super inappropriate and uncomfortable for teens. Whats wrong with not purchasing the promoted product? and following and watching my daughter at every lane? Never have I ever heard a saleslady questioning or interrogating the customer of why the purchase was not made! And its pretty obvious it has made my daugther uncomfortable as she kept avoiding eye contact right? super dissappointed with this particular staff. I couidlnt get the name but she spoke in chinese, wore white attire/uniform and had a thin cardigan. it happened in the afternoon around 5-6pm at 18/11/2023 . I hope someone can educate this particular staff as other staff was perfectly fine. People came to purchase items, you can promote but please dont be passive agressive when the purchase was not made. And especially stop following to check if she was holding the product, it makes people super uncomfortable.
Small pharmacy. Used to have a resident pharmarcist, but now cannot get your supply for doctor’s prescription since there us no longer any pharmacist on duty. Really inconvenient.
