Quite rude staff when u refer a client as “org ni” among them.. i requested for 4 lanes for 16 people and already gave them the name lists but without a prior notice, they just gave us 3 lanes n blindly made us 3 grps..felt really upset plus during the games, they did the cleaning n interupted the games. Very poor service and facilities. The lanes got stuck all the time, the pins fell itself.
The equipment quite outdated. But its an enjoyed time to play with less crowded
This place needs a renovation i guess because the condition of the place is quite bad. The pin setter also stucked few times and the screen turns off itself. However it is still accessible. Per adult us RM8.50
Ok… the staff is helpful…
