All the machines on the line are out of oil, and the entire bowling ball is full of oil.

the place for bowling is fun. for minimal arragements for team games or for corporate games it is good. the facilities and services could be upgraded as the shoes a bit old and the hygiene of the place should be more taken care of. would suggest lighting at carpark area as it was a bit dark. hopefully the message of major upgrading of the location would be helpful if the place is still in relevant to cater new demanding customers.
Not a good experience, the pins keep on falling and when we reset the pins, the counter charged us to pay because it consider that we play the round, nobody even said that we will be charged if we reset the pins, the toilet is horrible, the shoe also not in the nice condition. The asked us to play first and then when we want to pay, they charge more. Hope that the management can improve in the future. The staff also not friendly and when we wanted a receipt they cannot issue us a receipt because they cannot print it and when we ask why it is so expensive, they said that we play 20+ games? they added extra 3 games because we reset the falling pins. Not recommended. Don’t take other people money like this. Thank you.
Imagine having a worker interrupt you mid game. They took 10 minutes to clean the lane and didn’t bother to re-oil which ruins it. Could have done it before opening but for some reason did not.
bad experience. The pins didnt come completely 10/10 We needed to reset the pin always for the whoooole round at LEAST once. The bowling balls were also stucked when it came back to us. overall, not recommended to bowl here unless you’re just playing for fun. not really worth the money paid.
