2 months agohub shopee nusajaya service is the worst.. slow delivery.. you can’t self collect even if it’s your own item.. there is no discretion at all.. you won’t be able to self collect even urgent items.. if you don’t have enough riders, let the customer self collect.. we pay the goods ..we pay for the delivery.. if you worried about the parcel lost..you can check all customer detail before pickup..just parcel owner can pickup! this hub does not deserve stars at all! The place is empty and they have moved to Gelang Patah ie Waze the address to J&T Express Johor – SILC Gelang Patah the building is located around the corner after J&T Express you can’t miss it as it has lots of canopies around the building. But the parcel delivery system needs improvement as you will probably be asked to wait for delivery as it’s like finding “a needle in a haystack” . What is the problem with Shopee Express? Peram brg byk Hari. If you think X can handle it, just pack this company. The seller is ok to post the brg, because slow couriers like this can ruin business.
Why is it so slow to send the seller’s number? It’s ok if it’s stuck near the delivery, you want to wait a long time… Call again next time if you don’t want a customer, you don’t have to put your phone number, just throw it in the river.
