Ordered for pick up via apps, got in an accident, when I arrived, I saw the ice in my drinks all dissolved. After verifying that it’s my order, the staffs offered to make new drinks for me, which I didn’t have to wait long. ZUS Coffee started in December 2019 and has grown to more than 75 outlets nation wide. Their signature coffee latte is a classic and you can’t go wrong with it. Another highly recommended choice is their Genmaicha as well as the Spanish latte. The interior is bright and clean, soothing for a lovely chat over a cup of coffee. Take away is very convenient too, done over the Zus app.
Always easy to locate ZUS coffee stores around in JB. Had the hot Australian chocolate drink đź‘Ť. Had the takeaway 1L Japanese Genmai matcha and Americano.
First time trying out this coffee joint. Not crowded and had the chillax vibe. The staffs are friendly. The Spanish Iced Latte that I had tasted nutty with a hint of chocolate so I paired that with their chocolate muffin.
Just a feedback that the cleaniness could be improved with 3 staffs on shift and music is great for improving work mood but tone it down and not too loud.

Minimalist cafe. There’s nothing much to the atmosphere. But the coffee is good, it can be almost as good as Star***** with half the price. The cakes & pastries are also good, but still a little bit too overpriced, as are all cafe foods. What’s making it worth the visit is the never ending gifts & vouchers going into my ZUS app almost weekly. Great marketing! Haha
Alhamdulillah however there’s room for improvement. Glass door boleh kasi spotless lagi. Serving time can speed up sikit ok
