However tables sofas are quite dirty, many leftover food crumbs and stains all over the sofas..3 months agoI ordered a vanilla ice cream cone and it was creamy, delicious, and I, of course, enjoyed devouring it. Not only that, but the creamy mango boba was creamy, had an obvious taste of mango and was full of pearls, jelly and other toppings. Overall, I had a great experience. The service was also great and the cashiers were kind.2 months agoGood and cheap mixue in JB City Square . Mixue has the best value drinks and ice cream ever. The boba in the ice cream were good, sweet and chewy enough. Some outlets have mediocre boba. This time round, this branch is ok3 months agoIce cream and chocolate cookie was too sweet compared to before. Quality of both items seemed to have dropped. My Daughter purposely request me to bring her to try this the 1st In Malaysia Mixue ice cream and drinks. Is a very popular chain in China and I come all the way from KL. I can said the price is so cheap compare with others ice cream or bubble tea beverage in Malaysia. We order the top 5 item and only cost RM20 in total of 5. Yes u did not see wrongly what I wrote. 😂 I am waiting KL branch to open. Try it yourself 😃
My vey first time on trying their product! Usually when i came in level 4 i was wondering the queue from this shop like really long but just now there’s no other people. Cut short story, i was ordering strawberry mi-shake since all other menu finish already anddddddd worth to try!! It isss realllyyy goood!!!!!! Cheaper than others the taste is really good not too sweet with the ice cream were really milky and so nice!! Very nice Even the staff especially 1 malay lady and 1 male were really friendly!! Kuddos to the team!
We really sympathize her. She’s the ONE and ONLY one staff. She’s the cashier, the beverage preparation staff, customer service, etc. Wow…… She’s a WONDER WOMAN!!!!
Ordered earl grey lemon tea without ice and sugar for RM4. Lemon overpowered the earl grey tea. Skimped on tea. Makes for a cheap thirst quencher and a nice resting spot, but I can’t recommend their drinks.
Why is it only 2/3 employees working on this school holidays ??? A large n well-known company should have enough employees. This is very inconvenient when cust hve to Line up n wait for orders for a long Time due to a lack of employees.
