A staff went in at 9.45am and the uncle queuing in front asked her whether got mask? She nodded and smiled. So we waited patiently till 10am for the store to open.
At 10am when they pulled up the shutter, the staff says that there is no mask and the stock have yet to come. she say it will come at 11-12.
In the first place, when we ask and you went into the store and realised that stock has yet to come, couldnt you come out and inform everyone?
It is a waste of more than 40mins of everyone queuing and getting to know there is no stock.
There is no responsibility and initiative from your staffs at amk hub outlet.
Went to seek for pharmacist’s advice just now. The whole conversation this little girl never lift her head up & look at me, just stared at her computer. After I described all my symptoms, and she just answered – should be no problem. & when I ask the next question, she said – minotor by yourself lor.

Was looking for one of the item but it wasn’t available hwre. Ended up bought at the neighbors store instead. They said it was long out of stock.
Location is not as convenient as in the mall, walked a bit further to reach the shop. Not much crowd though when I visited.
¢10 for plastic bag is daylight robbery. The staff here were nice though.
