    We’re very disappointed with the service provided by Mr. Chin Teck Siang, the pharmacist. As loyal customers, we have been consistently facing during our visits to your pharmacy – a perceived double standard in treatment.

    Mr. Chin displayed unfavorable body language while addressing our inquiries, and it appeared that he only prioritized customers whom he perceived as having a higher financial status or class and mostly preferred Chinese customers. This discriminatory behavior left us feeling undervalued as customers. I believe it is essential for your pharmacy to provide equitable and respectful service to all patrons.

    Just went in to buy some product and my 5yr old son was having a tummy upset and needed to use the toilet, upon asking the pharmacist at the counter, denied us the use of their toilet. We had to complete our purchase and run off before my son have any emergency . Yes it’s standard protocol for them not to open their toilets to the public. But have some basic humanity and compassion. Have a heart, a bigger heart and not just sales. My son asked me why he is not allowed, had to explain to him the reality of human behaviour and business ethics. What a horrible experience.
