Drinks were nice and there were seats. Staff very friendly and helped to make another drink for me when the order got mixed up. Nice place to hang out at for a while

The flavors were delightful and definitely value for money. However, the service was just average, which could be improved to enhance the overall experience. Overall, Mixue offers a delicious treat that won’t break the bank, perfect for satisfying ice cream cravings.
Always short at staff during peak hours. The cashier leaves the counter to make the order and a huge line is waiting to order always
This Zero rating for their service. Service very slow, they wont list to customers properly, they never ever follow customer instructions. And the staff show their attitude towards foreigners.
But drinks, ice creams are good.
