Biggest outlet I’ve been to so far. They have special menus but many items on original menu is sold out. They gave the ice cream here is relatively lesser than other outlet. Peach oolong tea is just okay, not the best. The only outlet that has claw machine. Buy above RM10 an you’ll get a token to play and you’ll get a RM1 voucher with every purchase of each item on the menu.

i actually not sure if got boba or not cuz obviously has to be boba when say pearl milk tea. but i was rushing, so i dont get my answer and just drink it. the taste is so so. u can see in my picture theres no boba for pearl milk tea.

My 3rd visit here, every time I come the fresh squeezed lemonade is finished. Outrages!!! With the fridge right next to it packed with lemons. Please explain!!!

Thn I came to berjaya times square branch near noon and you can look at their menu as shown on the picture attached
Almost everything is out of stock
Thn I went to the pudu branch, their menu are all available

Got my hands on the boba sundae today without the usual crazy wait. It tasted awesome, creamy with a strong milky taste in brown syrup, and the boba had the perfect chew. The price was fair, and I’d love to try more, but the long queue is usually a deal-breaker.
Drinks were nice and there were seats. Staff very friendly and helped to make another drink for me when the order got mixed up. Nice place to hang out at for a while
My visit to Mixue in NU Sentral was met with a long queue, a testament to its popularity among Malaysians. Despite the wait, the affordable Mixue Ice Cream made it worth it. The flavors were delightful and definitely value for money. However, the service was just average, which could be improved to enhance the overall experience. Overall, Mixue offers a delicious treat that won’t break the bank, perfect for satisfying ice cream cravings.
Always short at staff during peak hours. The cashier leaves the counter to make the order and a huge line is waiting to order always
This Zero rating for their service. Service very slow, they wont list to customers properly, they never ever follow customer instructions. And the staff show their attitude towards foreigners.
But drinks, ice creams are good.
