  1. Came here intended to log a traffic incident. The officers are friendly and redirect us to nearest Serdang Police Station @ BK5. They even apologized for the inconvenience.

    The name is so much confusing. Its not near to Putra Perdana at all. Its inside Taman Putra Prima neighbourhood, at roundabout near to 99 Speedmart. Parking is easy.

    The other Balai is at Bukit Puchong if you’d like to go.

    On 5/5/2021, went to get permission to send and fetch my grand children to and from school as it involved inter district travel. The policewoman was very polite, courteous and friendly. Wished to thank her for her wonderful services rendered.

    Overall ok the service. Applying permit to go back hometown to bring my mother in-law for vaccine. Got permission for 2 person to go back.

    There is no proper parking available for visitors, which is why you would see many cars parked by the roadside. Police on duty are not helpful, not friendly at all.
