a month agoI love this vet! Highly recommend. I sent my bunny to get neutered here and the doctor handled my baby really well. Its been months now and no issue at all. a week agoThe doctor very unprofesional, rude, and lack of knowledge. The service so slow. The explanation to customer not clear and unsatisfied. Doctor was bitter when she knows we use other vet services before. This was my last time here. If you love your pet, choose other clinic. Let this rude doc realize the way she treat customer is really unsatisfied and arrogant. Lot of vet can provide better service than this place (bukit dahlia branch). As i know there are two docs, the first doc is nice person but the other one is superbly rude. Management please take note on your staff, they can even laugh and joking around while there are many customer still queuing. Totally unsatisfied. ??????????a month agoFirst and last visit. Their service is poor and unfriendly. Rude way to answer the customer. Not all customer well-aware about all the diseases or infections of our pets. I usually brought my cats for treatment at other clinic but it was an emergency and already late so had to go to the nearest.
