There is seamless collaboration between the staff. When one of the staff is busy with other customer, the other staff can pick up where the other staff has left off and kept servicing us so that we aren’t kept waited so long.
We are also very impressed by the depth of the service and the patience of the staff. We would like to trade in a MacBook. I’m impressed by how meticulous the staff go through the process of explaining the details for us.
Each of the member performs super well. From explaining products, explaining warranty plans, checking stocks, explaining payments and memberships, pasting screen protectors, the team take turns doing each of these steps in wonderful attitude! ❤️

It was a nice experience specially it’s my first time to buy in this specific outlet (shop). The store rep (Hakim) is knowledgeable and was able to explain to me all the details that I need to know and my benefits as a customer. But like any other customers, we look for freebies somehow and I hope that the store can consider giving away a little gift of appreciation that can be use for marketing strategy. Nevertheless, its 5 out of 5. Thanks
