I hope he will continues to excel at pleasing clients and ranks among the most.a year agoMy first time get stuff from Machines with bad experience!At first I was served by a nice staff who is informative and understanding, then he went on break while I come again and the other taller staff was kinda weird which didn’t answer me straight from my question and when I told him I could come back later for the staff who served me earlier because he knows what I want, then he just keep saying wait and get me the items I mentioned but get me the wrong item.
I was thinking he might trying to ‘steal’ the client from the staff, that’s why he won’t let me go and keep pushing me to deal with him. If he really did it, and if they work with commission, I don’t think he deserved it.
And afterward I went to other branches for accessories, then realized my name was wrongly inserted by the weird staff. Then the staff there changed for me OMG

I was greeted by Hakim the moment I walked into the store. He immediately set to work after I explained what was required. In less than an hour, I happily walked out with a new phone with all my data transferred. It was a wonderful experience dealing with Hakim due to his knowledge and excellent customer service.
My mom recently purchased the iPhone 15 Pro Max from this store, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. My mom said the her new “IPHONE 15 PRO MAX” is fantastic, and I highly recommend this store for anyone in search of quality products and a pleasant shopping experience.???
the last time i was here at Machines One U , I was totally disappointed and wrote a review and gave only a one star but this time around I was pleasantly surprised becoz this young lady who was a glimmer of hope was sitting at the technical table. So I picked up my courage and went straight to her. And she was good.
in fact the only reason i remember her was her outstanding qualities even on the first visit. While she was not at the technical table, she over heard my complaints and took the risk to commit that i will be seen at my 1pm appointment. when 1 pm came and i was not called she went out of the way to engage the slugggish and poor attitude staff and request on my behalf. As luck would have it those ‘big’ guys out ranked her and told her rudely that I had to wait. But i appreciated her proactive attitude and willingness to take the initiative and even come out of her comfort zone. Good job then Nur Aidah and thank you for being there second time around too. You were efficient in giving me back my air pods with the relevant explanations! Next time if i have to come i will insist you serve me and my family. And to anyone else. If you want good service seek out this young person And she will definitely help save the Apple. Brand. No thanks to Machines !
Service provided by Maxis staff Ryzal is good..with thorough explanation..but the Machines cashier is the worst..been q-ing for 1 hour just to make payment. Some even buying airpods also q-ing for 1 hour..ridiculous
