extremely disappointed with the after-sales service experience. When purchasing my iPhone, the staff strongly recommended an additional protection plan costing over RM900, promising hassle-free replacement if the device was damaged.
However, when I returned to make a claim, the experience was the complete opposite. The process was slow, filled with unnecessary questions and delays, and felt more like an interrogation than support. I ended up waiting far longer than expected, with little clarity or assurance from the staff.
This experience does not reflect the level of service one would expect from a premium brand like Apple. If you’re going to charge a high price for protection, the claims process should be smooth, professional, and respectful of the customer’s time.
