Staff rudely removed a device from a child who was testing the device, all without saying a single word. This type of bad service tarnishes the Apple brand.
The big guy staff don’t have any customer service skills. I bought an airpods pro 2. When I asked if they have it, the guy just said yes and paused. Didn’t even point out where, not until I said “then where it is ??!!!”
I feel like the big guy worked in challenger before, exactly the same vibe. The one skinny guy here is the better one, well mannered and knows how to sell.
Will never buy again in this store, in fact this is the second store in my list to not visit after challenger.

The old uncle was so unapproachable and was really not interested to help when i expressed my concern. Bad customer service. Never buying here again.
Omg, worst customer service ever! Not even sincere in attending to customer, lucky i already know what I want to get. Ask question and just nod head?! Without even opening the mouth to answer??

I visited the store today at about 6pm in the evening, when I entered the store with my brother and sister in law, we weren’t greeted and the staff just stood by the counter without acknowledging our presence. Nevermind about that, when I asked the staff (chinese guy wearing specs) about the apple watch strap he ignored me and attended to another customer, I asked him again and he merely
pointed to the price that was on the display and walked off. Subsequently, we told the malay lady staff what we wanted and she just “ok so this one ah” but then the item was OOS and she told us “oh we only got this one” while pointing to the watch on display without apologising. We weren’t addressed as miss or anything. When making payment, she harshly asked for my sister’s in law name and contact number. Overall, we weren’t satisfied with the service at all, none of the staff had customer service skills. The chinese guy especially was so annoying and super condescending. I won’t recommend this outlet at all. If you guys wanna get Apple products, please go to the Apple store instead of Istudio or other Apple Retailers!
