There is seamless collaboration between the staff. When one of the staff is busy with other customer, the other staff can pick up where the other staff has left off and kept servicing us so that we aren’t kept waited so long.

We are also very impressed by the depth of the service and the patience of the staff. We would like to trade in a MacBook. I’m impressed by how meticulous the staff go through the process of explaining the details for us.

Each of the member performs super well. From explaining products, explaining warranty plans, checking stocks, explaining payments and memberships, pasting screen protectors, the team take turns doing each of these steps in wonderful attitude! ❤️

Poor Customer Service. We are served by a malay girl and she was really good. But then when we wanna pay, there’s a staff named `Fahmiey’, something is wrong with him. I came to purchase my ip15 before then i came again to purchase my apple watch. The way he looked at customer is really annoying. We are so excited to buy our stuff but he turned us off. Please improve your customer service bro.
