i write this as a customer’s right , your worker is very rude , i called them and what she said to me is very not professional , she mock me because i wanted her to explain something for second time , then i walk in to the store and there she is , yes the worker is a WOMAN . then i just want to take a picture of my new purchase and what she did is unthinkable, she ran away because her friend said like please give me some space to take a picture , she RAN into the counter and goes like under the table . u think that appropriate? sorry not for me . please check your worker , because us customer have a right !

Out of sudden my son’s iPhone buzzed twice and then went dead while it had 70% battery.
Looked for apple service center and found switch.
We explained the situation and the service representative immediately performed a recharge and hard reset(pressing both volume buttons and the power button) and it came back to life.

The best service, easy parking, you can get loaner phone which is nice and free..not like switches like Kuantan that want to charge for loaner phone and a lot of hassle..and it is crowded with people like Switch Kuantan..keep the good job guys
