would only give 2 star.
why? the didn’t supply my wife with receipts for the purchases and didn’t even let her unpack the iphone at store. not even an adapter or screen protector been supplied.
it was 9pm not even close to closing hour. come onnnn @switch
Best Switch, I’ve ever visited. The staff there are extremely friendly, and the staff Paav, helped me alot as he educated me about some shortcuts and helped me evaluate whether which iPad I could choose. The other staffs are always smiling, attending to my kid and I feel safe going there! I’ll repeat my purchase from any staff there, as I feel so welcomed and happy to shop there.
Staff is trained to not answering any phone calls. please try to call. If you get someone answer your call, that’s the luckiest day in your life.

Came here to buy 15PM 512 White, the staffs were all friendly and highly skilled unlike some other stores who didn’t entertain their customers well enough.
They also helped us to transfer data from my older iPhone to a new one, but it sure took some time, 3 hrs for me ? but i was glad that it all worked great in the end.
Thanks to the staffs of switch aeon alma again for the amazing treatments!
