I don’t really understand how apple deals with their resellers. Bought a Macbook Air at their reseller (Machines) last week and the product was faulty. Sent it back to Machines and they said they could not do anything and I have to contact Singapore to enquire about the faulty Macbook. Aren’t they supposed to do that?
