2 months agoWent to istore at 1MK to get some accessories for my new iPhone 15 pro max and I was very happy to meet Aziz who gave me good advice and recommendations.He also helped me transfer my data from the old phone to the new phone and was really patient with me. No ironically, I can’t stand intrusive servicea year agoEven though I was having multiple problems such as MySejahtera , Apple ID and passwords, and it seemed to be very complicated to change phone, But 2 guys really helped me, They listened to me and they settled the problem one by one and I could get my new phone with MySejahtera app properly installed. I really appreciate their patience and big helps.If you are thinking to change your phone but you forgort your important passwords like me and felt like impossible to buy new one … , this is the place you should visit. They are very patient and helpful . I can’t thank enough ?

I don’t really understand how apple deals with their resellers. Bought a Macbook Air at their reseller (Machines) last week and the product was faulty. Sent it back to Machines and they said they could not do anything and I have to contact Singapore to enquire about the faulty Macbook. Aren’t they supposed to do that?
Poor quality products! Disgusting service.
