No ironically, I can’t stand intrusive servicea year agoEven though I was having multiple problems such as MySejahtera , Apple ID and passwords, and it seemed to be very complicated to change phone, But 2 guys really helped me, They listened to me and they settled the problem one by one and I could get my new phone with MySejahtera app properly installed. I don’t really understand how apple deals with their resellers. Bought a Macbook Air at their reseller (Machines) last week and the product was faulty. Sent it back to Machines and they said they could not do anything and I have to contact Singapore to enquire about the faulty Macbook. Aren’t they supposed to do that?
Poor quality products! Disgusting service.
