    Went to istore at 1MK to get some accessories for my new iPhone 15 pro max and I was very happy to meet Aziz who gave me good advice and recommendations.He also helped me transfer my data from the old phone to the new phone and was really patient with me. Truly a 5 star service. Bravo Aziz and keep it up.

    Though the staff weren’t like the ones at Starbucks, they got what I wanted and they gave me discount on the purchases made. Okie lah… not too bad.

    Nobody tried speak to me when I entered the shop. The best customer service I ever had. No ironically, I can’t stand intrusive service

    Even though I was having multiple problems such as MySejahtera , Apple ID and passwords, and it seemed to be very complicated to change phone, But 2 guys really helped me, They listened to me and they settled the problem one by one and I could get my new phone with MySejahtera app properly installed. I really appreciate their patience and big helps.

    4. I don’t really understand how apple deals with their resellers. Bought a Macbook Air at their reseller (Machines) last week and the product was faulty. Sent it back to Machines and they said they could not do anything and I have to contact Singapore to enquire about the faulty Macbook. Aren’t they supposed to do that?
