BIG Pharmacy in Damansara Utama provides a secure shopping environment with a helpful security guard. The store boasts an extensive range of health products, supplements, and toiletries, including a prescription counter. Visiting at night revealed a clean and well-organized space. However, staff knowledge on certain products seemed lacking, leading to a somewhat frustrating experience. The constant redirection to the male staff at the medicine counter proved unhelpful. Establishing a more efficient customer query system, perhaps through improved staff training or a dedicated help desk, could enhance the overall customer experience, reducing wait times and ensuring better assistance.

The discount in BIG Pharmacy is better than other pharmacies. For every 1000 points collected you get RM10 discount voucher as you join member. The staffs and employees in the BIG Pharmacy are super friendly and nice. It is okay if you just ask for information but not buying also, that is good service.

The best pharmacy I’ve ever visited, friendly environment and reasonable pricing. I was attended by a lady pharmacist, Ms Chong, and was very impressed by her prompt and professional service. Thankful for her to be so patient and attentive to provide detailed explanation of my queries. This pharmacist is highly recommended especially if you’re looking for any supplement. Will definitely come back for her excellent service ??

Received excellent end to end customer service. The front door was promptly opened by the security guard. And within 10s, I was greeted by their friendly staff Christine. Seeing I was a little lost, she was attentive and quick to ask what I needed and went on to recommend a facial moisturiser. She also displayed excellent product knowledge. So impressed that I bought another sunscreen upon her recommendation. There are many pharmacies in Uptown, but I highly recommend BIG for its variety, prices and customer service.

Another one of those pharmacies with reasonable pricing. The branch here in DU Uptown is bigger with 2 shop lots, enabling its customers to have a feel of ‘shopping’ for your goodies at your own leisure. You can of course get your medication, personal care and other goodies here! I vividly remembered their organic session with fruits and vegetables displayed closer to the left side of the cashier. This added a kinda special touch of warmth and cosiness. Because of the MCO, this had somewhat stopped.

I found this pharmacy well stocked with the medications I need. Prices are cheaper than other places and the pharmacists are friendly and helpful.
Knowledgeable staff. Asking about supplement for my joint, she recommend me Mobithron. After taking about 1 month, the pain slowly decrease. Thank you so much for your recommendation. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
