2 weeks agoThis pharmacy has a very good location for easy access. They also offer a wide variety of products. That’s all we need for a pharmacy. Another BIG plus point is the superb excellent customer service as you can see they always do their best to serve each single customers despite busy hour. Highly recommended!3 months agoThis pharmacy is huge as compared to the other pharmacy in the area . It was bright and there are a varieties of products to choose from, staff greeted me immediately the moment I entered the shop , which makes me feel welcomed . I was searching for products which was located upstairs and I appreciate how the staff who was serving me offered to go upstairs and get it for me without me asking. Overall, it was a good shopping experience at Big SS2 . Will definitely come back to visit again for such good service!4 months agoI can’t recommend this pharmacy enough! I recently visited big pharmacy PJ Old Town and was blown away by Ms Wong’s excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, Ms. Wong greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome.
She took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, answering all of my questions with patience and knowledge. She even went out of her way to recommend some over-the-counter products that could help alleviate my symptoms.
What really impressed me about Ms. Wong was her attention to detail. She double-checked my prescription and made sure that I understood how to take my medication properly. She also took the time to explain potential side effects and what to do if I experienced any adverse reactions.
Not only was Ms. Wong knowledgeable and professional, but she was also incredibly kind and caring. She made sure that I felt comfortable throughout my visit and that I left her pharmacy with everything I needed to start feeling better.
