I recently visited big pharmacy PJ Old Town and was blown away by Ms Wong’s excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, Ms. Wong greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome.
She took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, answering all of my questions with patience and knowledge. She even went out of her way to recommend some over-the-counter products that could help alleviate my symptoms.
What really impressed me about Ms. Wong was her attention to detail. She double-checked my prescription and made sure that I understood how to take my medication properly. She also took the time to explain potential side effects and what to do if I experienced any adverse reactions.
Not only was Ms. Wong knowledgeable and professional, but she was also incredibly kind and caring. She made sure that I felt comfortable throughout my visit and that I left her pharmacy with everything I needed to start feeling better.
