2 months agoThe store’s layout is well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering assistance without being pushy. They were knowledgeable about their products and helped me make an informed decision. I also appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the store, which made my browsing in this pharmacy more pleasant.2 weeks agoGreat experience..and nice staff too.. I will always come here to purchase my supplement and medicine.3 weeks agoStaff are very friendly and helpful and the pharmacist all are very knowledgeable about medicines.4 months agoWhen you come to this pharmacy, you have to check their work. For example, when making payments, make sure they charge correctly. And when you buy medicine, don’t forget to ask if they still have stock left, just in case you want to buy more in your next trip. They will not inform you even if what you purchase is the last box they have. If you call their phone number, they will not answer. And if you WhatsApp them, they will take few hours to answer or maybe the next day. So, if you want better service, please go to AA pharmacy just a few shops away. I had very bad experience with them in the past, on multiple occasions and will no longer be visiting this pharmacy in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Mau during my visit to the pharmacy. His professionalism, clear communication, and exceptional customer service made my visit to the pharmacy a breeze. He filled my prescription accurately and were always willing to answer my questions. I highly recommend Mr. Mau for all your pharmaceutical needs.
So mad and disappointed at the salesperson. Asked the person for an ointment for my father’s wound on his hand but the seller gave the wrong thing. Gave us ointment for muscle pain/stiffness which is completely wrong! We only found out after my father used it on his wound and felt pain! Kept telling the seller it’s for my father’s wound but the seller kept on thinking it’s for muscle pain. Make me so angry la. Pay so much for the wrong thing!
I couldn’t agree more with the statements and testimonials by the numerous customers with regard to Alex for he exemplifies the true ethics and professionalism of a qualified and experienced healthcare practitioner. I’ve engaged with many pharmacists and while they’re good at what they do, I’d have to say Alex goes the extra mile by patiently listening and understanding your conditions and then takes the time to explain the fundamentals followed by ways in tackling and circumventing issues with right products that applies to suit everyone’s unique and varying conditions. In short, his professional advices with a personal touch of care makes perfect sense for which it works for me like a gem as I feel renewed body to mind albeit I don’t really have to make drastic changes to my lifestyle.
Inter alia the good team in Big Pharmacy SS15, there is a staff namely Mau who is particularly helpful in getting what you need, simply great customer service.
The world needs more good people alike Alex and Mau in the realm of healthcare that is of utmost importance in improving everyone’s physical wellbeing (given our current hectic and fast-paced lifestyle etc) that leads to quality of life. Kudos to all the good people in Big Pharmacy SS15!
