  Cashier with alias Sbjohari was very rude to communicate with customer even though it was only 9am and no queue. NTFGH and pharmacy dept kindly give more training to this staff regrading how to talk patients who are sick and vulnerable.

  Terrible service. Have to wait hours for collecting medicine after appointment. So I opted for home delivery n had to pay $4 delivery charge. Guess what, my medicine didnt arrive yesterday after waiting for 3 hours at home. This is the second time it happened. I am really speechless. Time to transfer my appointment back to NUH. regretted badly for transferring my appointment from NUH to Ng Teng Feng , bad decision.

  the most slowest pharmacy so far i did visit and i hope never again.waiting time took very long.from outside look like this place gonna give my medicine faster than other pharmacy, but took me like an hour and i still waiting. even u telling them u need rush.. but seem like the service here very disappointing ?. if i can give 0 star i will….

  One star is just to write the comment. Pharmacy does not answer calls, so why operator gives this number to call? It’s a waist of time. Very badly organised.

  Big area with different sections. Health, hair care, skin care,

  Lots of everything. Some value buy if it is on promotion.

  Some other items much more expensive.

  Friendly place to shop area.

  Planned to buy quite a few handful of products, hence pushed the trolley at the side of entrance. Was informed by staff that trolley is for placement of promo pamphlet, asked to buy recyclable bags at $0.50 to hold my products instead. ?

  While queuing to make payment for 11 products, surprise…surprise…things start falling on the floor.?

  What happened to baskets for customers to place products while shopping?

  Guess if one wish to buy a more than a couple of products, probably wiser to go over to pharmacy shop starting with W… they provide baskets ….. ✌️

  Only consolation was a courteous cashier who was busy manning 2 points of sales…

  Part-time n Full-times Staffs are quite bad attitude n never serve customer service well.They need to go service course.
