2 months agoBad experience in this store staff unhappy to respond to my request show inpatient. Thinking to switch from my favorite brand which from Korea. Staff behavior make me stay back what I used. Btw staff name : Mei Qi (美琪), not sure I ‘m stated correct. Coz I asked her and she told me her name 美琪2 years agoVery bad shopping experience at Northpoint City welcome BHG outlet, wanna buy 3 of Snove but can’t find the products, an employee took me to the cashier counter, but the employee standing at the cashier counter was just busy arranging her goods and didn’t notice me at all when she served me just 2min ago where I have considered to purchase the products. Had searched up and down Ring Road – including junction 9 for dressings, plasters and medications for abrasions from a fall. Unity was lucky try. Not hopeful as such a small store probably won’t carry such dedicated wound care items
Was surprised. Not only they carries a wide range – girl (sofia) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Got everything I needed.
