Bad customer service,went on 2/10/23 @around 3pm plus the beauty advisor was not only rude to my mum,as she was an elderly she was not sure how to use the app to scan her membership for the voucher and ask the staff to help her,but instead the beauty advisor (jessicachew)ask her just scan the QR code lah…then can use,her tone was not only can’t be bother and harsh ,unhelpful…and spoken to another advisor but that advisor ask that Rude staff to apologise to my mum,but she just stand behind the cashier,and she dont feel apologetic,BHG managment please look into this matter seriously!!!poor service…

    Nothing against the pharmacist, am sure she might have a daily sales target or something but I find it laughable that she recommended me to purchase a cough syrup which doesn’t work for me last time I took it and when I said I want a particular brand of logenzes which I didn’t notice at first and worked for my dry cough, she said the logenzes has the same ingredients to which I’m like geez thanks for pointing that out captain obvious. So you want me to pay more for the useless cough syrup and then proceeded to ask me intrusive questions on what medication I’m taking. Nope, I don’t need to reveal that to you just to buy a box of Tussils. Management of Guardian, look into this please. Maybe a not so medically inclined person would gladly accepted her recommendation, but how is that ethical?

    Store should really consider switching the toothbrush section to another area. Perhaps with section that is not very popular. Very difficult to access and browse the section especially with the long queue that builds up to the cashier. Many times i’ve been there, there is barely enough room to move around.

    3. Had searched up and down Ring Road – including junction 9 for dressings, plasters and medications for abrasions from a fall. Unity was lucky try. Not hopeful as such a small store probably won’t carry such dedicated wound care items

      Was surprised. Not only they carries a wide range – girl (sofia) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Got everything I needed.
