“I haven’t experienced good service. Almost every time I go, there’s a shortage of pool tables. The prices are high—five coins for RM 5 which is twice as expensive as buying from machines. They even refuse to let you use the coins bought from machines and may even ask you to leave. This has made me very angry. They might pressure you into buying coins from them, which feels very unfair. If this company doesn’t allow others to use coins similar to theirs but cheaper, I suggest they create a new coin. Also, consider upgrading the equipment in the pool hall, such as buying new balls. Treat customers with courtesy; remember, we come to spend and enjoy ourselves, not to endure your temper. Especially the Malay girl she is not respect people she just scold me and my friends….. if you are not friendly please don’t do this work is not suitable for you????

Its a great place really. But in terms of services and the naming system? Its ridiculous. Might as well go to Selayang. We only allowed to put in our names, no phone number and we understand its our responsibility to be here on time. But maybe phone number option should be required. In my case, we stepped out for a moment to have a quick bite not even reaching 30 minutes and they cancelled out our names. You guys should change the naming system. Even selayang could do better in terms of lining experience.

    1. Nice bowling alley. Just the house balls could be updated. The finger holes are a little too tight and I don’t even have big fingers. It can get very crowded over the weekends and public holiday. Shoe and socks rental available. The lanes were nicely oiled even though I know nothing about oiling the lanes. Bathrooms were clean. Staff were friendly.

    2. Looking for a fun and well-maintained bowling alley with friends or family? Look no further than this place. The facility is impressively clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Families with young children will appreciate the kid’s lane, which features bumpers that help keep the ball on track and make the game more accessible for the little ones. The alley is spacious enough that you won’t feel cramped, even during busy times. Furthermore, it’s inside the Pyramid Mall, easier parking and continue shopping/ meal after that.

    3. Sunway Mega Lanes is one of the largest bowling centres we have in Klang Valley.
It has 48 lanes of fully computerised and their lanes were in great condition.
This facility is spacious and clean, equipments are well-maintained.
They have a great selection of bowling balls to choose from.

The staffs were attentive and took care of all the details. This place has a little cafe inside and they offer some local favourites.
We had our office team building game here, and it ran smoothly. It was a fun-filled experience for the entire team.

This place assists in organising corporate or group events, birthday parties and tournaments.
It’s a great place to spend time with friends and enjoy a few games of bowling.

    4. Location : 5 star
      Equipment : 5 star
      Price : reasonable
Staff : 1 star, waited for 1.5 hours and they tell us to keep waiting as they calling one by one where there is more than 10 vacant lanes. Very inefficient!

    5. They have the best lane maintenance in Malaysia but…. the desk staff is quite self-explanatory and the management never notifies the public of their tournaments or booking schedule. If these issues are resolved, this really is one of the best places to bowl in the city. Eh, why not the whole country.

Man… they really need to make their customers feel very welcome to the alley. The impression that I get when buying games still doenst feel great.
