Ordered seasonal menu and every single of it tasted really delicious, creamy and well seasoned. Plus the room is spacious, clean and the ambience is soothing with greens. Not to mention the customer service was friendly, approachable and the food was delivered quick with good quality.

My wishlist for this restaurant branch was at Bangsar, but nevertheless it should be the same outcome maybe the decor and ambience will be slightly different.
We ordered their promo platter for RM109. Can serve up to 5-6pax. I would suggest 5 people max. The menu includes 3 types of spaghetti, chicken chop, chicken grilled and sides with mashed potatoes,onion rings and also cheesy fries. And also 2 types of dipping white sauce and black pepper. The taste was okay. The chicken is all well cooked. Pasta is quite tasty. My favs was the aglio olio. Has locally taste in it.
The ambience was good and welcoming. They have outside sitting if you want to feel the outside breeze. Inside there is air-cond and upstairs for dining. Pricewise, per plate around 20-40. Quite reasonable for these days and this kind of restaurant.
All in all, an enjoyable experience for me. I would love to try other branches and their food in the future. Best!

Went on Sunday afternoon. Kinda busy hence the place is chaotic with Only one waiter on duty. Place is small with uncomfortable wooden chairs. No interaction with waiter as order & payment all done via beepit. The grilled chicken is kinda dry.

Service okay . but senior staff agak stressfull overall satisfactory
Quite small SR kiosk but the quality of the food delivers.
I ordered spaghetti bolognese and it was great! It’s good and delicious.
I also ordered 3 layers. But sadly it doesn’t goes well in that dinner.
Overall, an okay place to eat.
Wanted to have a suprise birthday celebration for my pregnant friend but they ruined it. We showed them for whom the cake is and told them the cue to bring the cake to my pregnant friend is when my other friends bring the balloon inside the shop (mind you we bought a whole cake not slice cake). But they brought the cake earlier and even worse asked the birthday girl whose cake was that.
Not just that, after I explained to them the situation, they asked me to bring the cake myself instead than apologising. Tak say sorry pun no nothing. Better tak yah kerja kedai cake if a simple instruction pun you cannot follow.
P/s the shop was not crowded at all. Diorg tk busy pun. Kalut nk tutup kedai awal padahal we came in at 8.30pm. Kira okay lah they close at 10.
Please improvise :
– Your service
– Teach your staffs communication skills and how to work together.
– Stop blaming each other, instead communicate. Especially when you receive a special request from your customers inform the other team. Bukan buat senyap.
– Learn to apologise. We pay for your service siap ada service tax lagi tapi service kelaut.
I rarely post comment macam ni. Tapi because they were ignorant and rude, i cannot help it.
Worst customer service ever. Tak ada training ke? So annoyed till i have to walk out of the restaurant. Poor way of explaining to customers. Tak ada adab. Based on reviews here also complaining about their service. Theres no action by HQ?
Supervisor didnt do anything after missing an order for 30minutes wait. Nobody ask if the order is in or not while i just wait there for 30min. Nobody is cominng to the table. The order is made online. I checked for 3-4 times if the order is in. At last the order is missing and they said its going to be late. Bcs i know my order shinjuku will be late i just wait calmly at first, but when its going to be late for another 20 minutes after 30minutes of waiting, it pissed me off. N they do not offer anything to sooth an upset customer. And sounds like want to just kick me out like that or to order something else.
