Horrible Experience. My mother was changing her clothes in the changing room and one of the staff accidentally open the door whilst she was changing. Blamed on her saying she did not lock the door when she really did. Why was he opening the door without knocking? Whats worst is The guy did not apologize at all. When i confronted the staffs they gaslighted me saying the guy did. Such lies! Horrible staffs. An apology would suffice! Rude

Staff was very rude. She miscalculated (excess RM19.50) and refuse to refund. She was the one who make mistake but she blamed me(customer) like im the one who be that cashier at that time. Nonsense! That woman has no manner at all. Thank you.
