4 weeks agoThe absolute WORST service I have ever encountered. The staff looked constantly constipated and looked as if I owed them millions. My mum wanted to purchase a bag so I asked the staff for the prices. They were absolutely annoyed by that (as if it wasn’t their job).The worst thing was when we were trying to pay. They had a sale where when you purchase more than 2 items, you get an additional discount. So another customer decided to combine orders with us to get that discount. The staff absolutely hated that idea and decided that that meant that our money mattered less. They decided to stop serving us half way and went to serve someone else that bought 3 bags instead.
We decided to ask another salesperson to help and they answered quite rudely too with “you guys want to combine you have to wait”.
They were absolutely unprofessional and will absolutely NOT recommend shopping here. Save your money for better service. -100000/10
in the last weekLike the sale person who is serving me.not manage to get her name. 40 percent additional 20 percent when purchase 2nd item hehe. I was dilemma which colour to choose then she gave me the suggestion thanks alota year agoGood collection, staff was very friendly.. affordable.. 50-60%off on some items.. expect a queue outside wait time 20 mins during peak hours.a month agoLousy place have a security for what not even so much crowd. Having 6 customer in store and has been denied to enter having to queue for 10 minutes. No price tag as well, is lame. Excessive amount of staff recruited in store, waste of resources just put a price tag lol2 weeks agoPurchased my handbag here, staffs were friendly though, however major embarrassment as the staff did not remove the magnetic tag which was inside the bag, tis resulted to me going to other stores on GPO and the beep went on and I was checked several times as if I have stolen items, has to come back to Kate Spade and got it removed and told the staffs the agonising embarrassment I had to go through

11 months agoThe store is large, well organised, air conditioned, comfortable and clean. This is a two storey store. Men’s collection at the upper floor and Ladies’ on the ground floor.Then the clothes are arranged according to types such as jeans, shorts, trousers, t-shirts, jackets etc.
There are wide variety of clothes for your selection. The quality is also not bad.
The major setback is the price. I would say that most of the items are pricey compared to other pre loved bundle stores in this area.
For this trip, I bought a military jacket at RM45 since I really like the fatigue pattern and it suit me well. That’s what I can afford. For jeans, I would prefer to look for it at other bundle stores particularly outside Klang Valley.
There’s payment counter for each floor. I have to make my payment first before I can go down to the ground floor, in which I don’t have a problem to follow. I can also pay with eWallet.
Parking your car is a problem but there are additional car parks at the small lane towards the end of the building.
2 weeks agoI’m not a fan of this place as it is limited to small size only. There are only 2-3 pieces of plus size cloth for women n that’s it. Have visited two times to see any changes but just the same.6 months agoFind your branded items. The prices are so affordable for pre-owned known brands.3 months agoIt’s very comfortable to shop and the clothes are nice and affordable. Really recommend to go here for a relaxing bundle shopping experience. And the staffs are very sweet and they provided a room for us to pray.4 years agoVarieties of items sold here. From clothes to collectibles item. Range of price and brands also varies. You can even see a 500MYR t-shirt here. But it seems that it is kinda hard to get XL-sized and above t-shirts and collared shirts.
