2 weeks agoThis cantonese chinese restaurant fills me with childhood memories again! Their food is truly authentic and delicious, especially the homemade yong taufu and lipstick fried chicken…they’re must orders ya!For the price acceptable and important is fresh ingredients, it’s still the best one.. even though the seating is limited sometimes. Then, local staffs also served with enthusiasm and it making it a great value for friends and family gatherings as well. Support!

If you plan your visit try to be there before 1pm else high chances the roasted port would be sold out.

a month agoIt’s a comfy place to have your dim sum craving. However they only have one shoplot corner lot. So space is limited. They also arranged their tables with comfortable spaces in between. This again reduces their table count. Hence you may need to wait.The fans are plentiful and the air breezy from that. The low hum of steam with the soft cacophony of diners conversation gives it a typical dim sum experience.
The dim sum are above average. Good tasting siew mai, har kaw and chee cheong fun. I must advise you to try their wu kok. Nice delicious filling with crunchy yam outer layer. One of the better ones around.
Parking is also generally easy in the morning. In short, nice place to have breakfast and nice relaxing surroundings too.
11 months agoFood above average. But why would they want to add the carcinogenic small red shrimps? in the ku chai and bang kuang Tim sum? Research shows the red dye is carcinogenic and we should avoid it. Limited tables and we need to queue.a year agoComing all the way from Singapore ?? & Recommended to this place by local friend in Butterworth. Taste good and not too oily & fatty with meat. A place to recommend to come and try. Even it’s crowded but the staff handle the situation in a orderly matter. ??a year agoNice place for dim sum and tea. Dim sum is delicious.Ample parking lots around the restaurant The tables is not many here but it’s clean and the ambience is good. The cooling fan definitely works!
4 years agoNew dimsum shop in town ~ food choices are good, food is fresh and the taste is alright. Can give Chaw Choon down the road a run for its money.The quality of dimsum is definitely much better than Chaw Choon but prices are also much higher (probably 50% higher overall).
I had 6 items, I will say the hargow and char siew pau are better here, chee cheong fun can be improved. Siew Mai, Salted Egg Shrimp and Scallop Shrimp are pretty alright.
Total meal cost RM22.70 (tea is RM1.20 per person for a pot of PuEr).
Service wise a little non existence as all is self serve.
Does get slightly crowded later in the day.
Parking is alright here.

It was a nice dinner here. Service was fast and friendly but dishes came out slow despite us being one of five tables who were already eating.
Fish was fresh and at Rm50+, not cheap but then prices of fish have gone up significantly.
Black bean stewed pork was soft and fall off the bones like home made.
Had dinner twice there. The dishes are done to perfection, not salty nor oily. Service v good. Price reasonable. Cod fish melts at the first bite, super delicious.
Food portion is rather small for the price paid. Used to have much bigger portion with better service. The four seasons platter was a disappointment and not worth the price paid.
Food is superb! Love all the food served especially their yam dessert and almond paste with peach gum taste very good too! If there’s a chance I would want to try their breakfast dim sum next time!
Dishes were tasted fine. Service was ok. The design is looking good for dinning. However, parking lots are so limited. It took about half an hour to find a parking lot.
