3 months agoHad curry noodles with yongtaufoo. Affordable price but would prefer the soup to be hotter. Coffee acceptable & reasonably priced too. Closed on Thursday though. Would patron again to try other stalls. The vegetarian stall opens in the afternoon to night, sells pao too.a year agoFish head noodle RM10, taste great with generous amount of fish head meat but unfortunately a fly was found within. Hygiene status of the stall needs to be improved. Bamboo cane drink was almost tasteless, RM2, not recommended. Closes early at 2000 —— 29.8.2022 Pan mee RM6.5. Friendly owner but did not like the pan mee, so so.3 years agoNormal chinese restaurant with many stalls. Famous for its bentong tau fu pok and chi cheung fan (rice roll). Ordered a few to try. The wan ton mee is quite famous as well. Tasted OK. There’s also a Nasi Lemak stall. Drinks are OK as well. Quite crowded in the morning as seats are limited due to RMCO. Price is OK.3 years agoPut it on your list if you have problem to decide what for breakfast/brunch. Good local kopitiam style coffee and tea, which rules if you should come back again for a satisfying breakfast. Wide variety selection if you are eating in group (this or that? Why not try out all stall each?) Yong taufu stall, pan mee stall, pork noodles stall, Nasi Lemak, Fish head meehoon, Chicken wine noodle, and even Char Kuey Teow is there.2 months agoOrdered “ braised pork rice” at the small fry stall, but only serve is with bone and skin not a single piece of meat.

3 weeks agoHad breakfast at this local shop. Famous for their fried dumplings. Had the pork rib porridge and dry noodle. Both were average. But the side that comes with it was delicious, pickled cabbage with chilli, something like kimchi. The dumplings was good, very oily though. As i dont like chives asked if they have a non chives version, they said no as all their dumplings will be mixed with chives (pork, chives and cheese). But somehow when ordered the pork dumpling, it had no chives inside. Recommended to try the dumplings.3 weeks agoThe chilli oil of this shop is fabulous, if you dare put more on your noodles or porridge ?. The boss is lovely and kind with children. Superb tasting dumplings. Always order so many dumplings. Found out the dumplings have different varieties. Not just pork or chive cabbage. Cheese dumplings best eaten straight fresh and hot2 years agoFamous for their noodles and porridge, an old restaurant serving the local community for many years. Flavourful and tasty to say the least. For those porridge lovers, this place sells a mean groundnuts with pork porridge. Price is reasonable. Cleanliness is satisfactory (just don’t roll on the floor). Staff are friendly. Downside: fried dumplings with coriander-coriander was overpowering and couldn’t taste anything else.2 months agoLove their paikut porridge. Noodles are good.

Dim Sums were satisfactory.
Price was affordable.
Enjoyed their sesame balls – very crunchy.
The restaurant is spacious and air-conditioned.
Suitable to visit with your family and kids for some decent dim sums around Kuantan.
Though, staff was rather inexperienced and might need further training.
An air-conditioned Chinese dim sum restaurant with ample seats. Good environment for family or group gatherings. A place that you can enjoy typical Chinese breakfast. Mediocre food taste. But will come again because of the restaurant environment.
Fast service but not too friendly. Basic courtesy. Foods are good though. Wide varieties of foods. Prawn dumplings are highly recommended.
I have enjoyed typical dimsum in quantan.
I was satisfied everything . By the way we went to chinchin restaurant for happy hour continously.
Dim sum price – range from 8.50 – 9.50 per dish. Reasonable with the environment (air-con) and atmosphere.
Recommend the steamed type rather than fried type. Must try the steamed Cheong fan ?
