The fried rice was a bit bland. After eating it with the chilli oil, it somehow added a mild flavour in it.

The sweet and sour fish is extremely sweet and not sour at all. They were crispy, but the sauce is too overwhelmingly sweet. I can’t get past the sweetness.

The puyuh was tender.

Will visit again if I’m in the area.

Had the beef rice noodle and the dumplings. Tasted really good, generous portion and charged at a very affordable price. They also accept TnG thus convenient for those who don’t carry cash around.

If you’re looking for quick chinese food fix, Yun Nan Kitchen is definitely recommended.

If you want to taste a silky and a smooth noodle than this is your place to try out. All food are freshly made and hot. The service 5⭐️. Don’t forget to try their ? oil. It soooooo good tho. For the place it such a nice restaurant and a has a simple concept but the parking had a little problem. For the price i think it suit with the portion.

  1. Went to this restaurant for the first time for my mom’s bday as she loved chinese based food. It was amazing. The food, environment, services. My family enjoyed the food so much. Would definitely come again later. We had steamed sizzling tofu, sweet sour fried dry fish, kong po beef, salted egg yolk squid and kailan?? affordable price as well.

  2. Restaurant located in a stand alone bungalow with plenty of parking bays. A halal Chinese restaurant serving dim sum plus other traditional Cantonese cuisine. Food is certainly prepared up to expectations & will definitely be returning to dine at this restaurant again. Would recommend the soft shell crab ? prepared in various styles & the fried carrot cake which was absolutely tasty

  3. The food Was really nice, as a Chinese myself I think it’s really yummy !! But have to be patient on waiting the food as there’s always people coming in and out !! Overall food is good to be giving compliment. Affordable price with quite big portion !

  4. Celebrated my dad’s birthday here and it is indeed the perfect spot for families. The place has high ceilings, making it less stuffy for kids to breathe, the decor is beautiful enough to suit the parents’ and other adults’ taste. The surau is provided, making it easy to eat here at 7pm. In terms of the food, Homst never disappointed me since I was a child. Portion is great for sharing and when eating in group, the cost is affordable per person. Parking at this branch is super convenient.

  5. Homst Wangsa Maju is a halal Chinese restaurant that offers a variety of dishes, from dim sum to seafood to noodles. The restaurant is spacious and clean, with friendly and attentive staff. Some of the recommended dishes are the fried squid, the salted egg brinjal, the sizzling beef, and the Shanghai yin yang xiao long bao. The food is flavorful and satisfying, with generous portions and reasonable prices. The restaurant is suitable for family gatherings, casual dining, or takeaways. Homst Wangsa Maju is one of the best places to enjoy authentic Chinese Muslim cuisine in Kuala Lumpur.
